- When bending pipes, the radius or diameter is usually specified as measured from the mean radius or diameter. (Please see image.) If desired, however, we can hold the dimensions to the outside or inside edge. Please specify your requirement clearly.
- Chicago Metal Rolled Products specializes in bending pipe from 1/8 inch OD up to 24 inch OD
- We regularly are bending pipes into tight radii and large sweeps.
- Bending pipes can also be done helically as parts for circular staircases (both stringers and handrails) and for conveyors.
- Circular aluminum pipe bending is also a specialty of Chicago Metal Rolled Products. Applications include framing for canvas-covered structures and vehicles.
